Glades County FL — Reinstated IGSA (up to 500 beds, April 2025)

ICE reinstated the Intergovernmental Service Agreement with glades-county-fl-detention on April 3, 2025, for up to 500 beds. The facility is operated by the Glades County Sheriff’s Office. sabot-consulting featured Glades County as a “Client Profile” in their newsletter, indicating Sabot’s involvement in the IGSA relationship.

This is one of the existing Florida sheriff-operated IGSA facilities (alongside baker-county-fl-detention) that the Bradford County proposal explicitly cites as models: “Other counties in Florida — including Baker County and Glades County — whose sheriff’s offices already operate ICE detention facilities in partnership with the federal government.”
