Scope of Services

MVM’s transportation contract covers two distinct populations:

Adult Detainee Transportation

• Ground and air transport of ICE detainees between facilities

• Transport of unaccompanied migrant children from CBP custody to HHS/ORR shelters
• Commercial flight escorts for minors
