The Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio (CCNO) in Stryker became Ohio’s third ICE detention facility in March 2025. It is a multi-county regional jail governed by a board of commissioners and sheriffs from Lucas, Fulton, Williams, Henry, and Defiance counties.
